ShineUp (shineup.com.co) is operated by ASL DELUXE LLC, 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. This policy explains what we collect when you visit or shop with us, why, and the choices you have. Questions: info@shineup.com.co.

What we collect

Order details: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number (optional) and what you bought.
Payment: payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
Email sign-ups: your email address, when and where you signed up, and your welcome code.
Device and browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, items added to your bag and the site or ad that brought you here, collected with cookies and similar technologies.
Press to glow: your result is saved only in your own browser so it stays the same on your next visit. It isn’t linked to your name or email and isn’t sent to us.

How we use it

To process, ship and support your orders, including sending order and shipping emails.
To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
To send marketing emails if you signed up — every email has an unsubscribe link.
To understand what works on our site and measure our advertising.

Advertising and cookies

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure our ads and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may receive information such as device identifiers, pages viewed, items added to bag, purchases and hashed (scrambled) contact details. You can control how Meta uses this in your Facebook ad preferences, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Who we share it with

Only with partners who help us run the store: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), fulfillment and shipping partners (your name, address and items, so they can deliver your order), our hosting and email providers, and Meta for advertising as described above. We may also share information when the law requires it. We don’t sell your personal information for money.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for targeted advertising — just email info@shineup.com.co. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. We respond to requests within 45 days.

Security

Our site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

ShineUp isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
