These terms apply when you use shineup.com.co or buy from ShineUp, which is operated by ASL DELUXE LLC, 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and prices

All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, because of a pricing error, stock issue or suspected fraud — and if we do, you’ll be refunded in full. Prices and availability can change without notice, but never for an order you’ve already placed.

Offers

• Mix & save is applied in your bag automatically based on the number of paid items.
• Free gift: one per order, added when your bag reaches the threshold after savings, while supplies last. It’s removed if your bag drops below the threshold.
• Codes are single use and can’t be combined. Your bag always gets the bigger saving — a code doesn’t stack on top of Mix & save.
• We may change or end any offer at any time; orders already placed keep the offer they were placed with.

Product colors and Press to glow

We show our products as accurately as we can, but screens and lighting vary, so shades may look slightly different in person. Press to glow and any virtual try-on are for fun and illustration only — color-changing formulas react with your own lips, so results vary from person to person.

Using cosmetics safely

Read the ingredient list before use and do a patch test if you have sensitive skin or allergies. Stop using a product if irritation occurs. Keep products out of reach of children. Our products are cosmetics, not medical treatments.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
