Free tracked shipping on every US order. No minimum, no codes.

At a glance

• Cost: free on every order to the United States.
• Processing: your order is prepared within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: most orders arrive 7–12 days after they ship. Black Friday to New Year can add a few days.
• Tracking: you get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in all 50 US states. We can’t deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States yet.

Your order may come in more than one package

Your pieces are packed by different partners, so one order can arrive in separate packages on different days — your free gift may travel on its own. Each package has its own tracking link.

Haven’t received a tracking link?

If there’s no tracking email 5 business days after you ordered, check your spam folder, then email us with your order number and we’ll send it over.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived 30 days after it shipped, tell us and we’ll reship it or refund it in full. If something arrives damaged, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it — no need to send it back.

Address mistakes

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll fix it before it ships. We can’t redirect parcels that are already on their way.
